Booking Fee:

A 50% booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This amount will be deducted from your final bill. 
 
Price & services:

All prices are included in the services.
You can choose more than 1 service.

Calendar openings schedule:
Calendar opens on the 15th of every month at 8:00 pm
Clients can pre-book after their appointment.

Payments:

We accept both cash & card.

Hair Prep: 
for all services your hair must be freshly washed & stretched.
(Except Relaxer, Curly Kit & Silkpress)
 
Lateness:

We allow a grace period of 10 - 15 min.
After that, your appointment will be canceled and your booking fee forfeited.

Rescheduling:

To reschedule , please use the original confirmation email.
It must be done within 72 hours before the appointment date. 
 
CANCEL = NO REFUND
 
No Call No Show:
Failure to communicate will result in booking restrictions and full payment required for future appointments.
A second instance of no call no show will result in no future appointment bookings.
 
SQUEEZE INS:

All appointments before 9:00AM & from 18:00PM IS €30
All appointments from  7:00AM & after 20:00PM IS €50
